Abstract

This article reviews two significant physics-based arguments used to support the creation model: radiohalos in rocks and the decreasing strength of Earth's magnetic field. The author highlights early research on polonium halos, suggesting their formation challenges standard geological timescales and implying accelerated radioactive decay. Additionally, the paper discusses work showing a net decrease in the total energy of Earth's magnetic field over historical time, a trend argued to be inconsistent with long evolutionary timescales. Overall, the article celebrates these lines of inquiry as successful in bolstering the creationist perspective within the scientific discourse of the Creation Research Society.
