Abstract

Laughlin's article explores the connection between Eskimos, Aleuts, and Mongoloid populations, using evidence such as skull morphology, blood group distributions, and archaeological findings to suggest a recent divergence of these groups within the Homo sapiens species. Laughlin also notes similarities between Sinanthropus pekinensis and modern Mongoloids, proposing their inclusion within Homo sapiens.
