Abstract
This article is intended as a critique of the whole doctrine of macroevolution, particularly as the doctrine is commonly presented at schools and colleges. The well known textbook, Phydcal Anthropology, by Lasker,’ is cited to show how the doctrine is, in fact, presented. Citations from many authors show that practically every assumption of the macroevolutionary doctrine is, at best, questionable. It will be understood that this article is not intended as an attack on Lasker, nor on his book. Rather, it is a criticism of the doctrine which the author assumed in his book.
